Apple Account Binding

  • Always use TheVetsRI.com or PPACRI.org when purchasing tickets to events at The VETS
  • Sharing logins, screenshots, emails, or texts with ticket links will not work to gain entry to events. 

Mobile ticketing for iPhone users is changing with the addition of Apple Account Binding. Apple Account Binding, introduced for tickets in Apple Wallet on iPhone, enhances security by linking a ticketing account (Paciolan Account Number)  to a single Apple ID and device. This means that once a ticket is added and bound, it cannot be transferred to a different Apple account.

The binding process is triggered when the first ticket is added to Apple Wallet.  The only way to share is a VALID Transfer My Tickets through Paciolan My Account

Apple Account Binding ensures that your tickets are securely tied to your Apple account, making it harder for unauthorized individuals to access or use them.

What You Need to Know

  • Your Paciolan My Account will now be permanently bound to your Apple account.
  • Each person who downloads a ticket to their device must have their own Paciolan My Account.
  • ALWAYS use the official ticket transfer feature in your Paciolan My Account.
  • NEVER share your Paciolan My Account login with anyone not using your Apple device.
  • NEVER forward a “download to wallet” email as a way of sharing tickets with others.

How It Works
First Time Setup: When you add your first mobile ticket to Apple Wallet, Apple will ask you to verify your Apple Account using Face ID, Touch ID, or your password. This one-time step creates a secure connection between your Paciolan My Account and your Apple Account.

Future Tickets: All future tickets from The VETS will automatically link to your Apple Account—no additional setup needed.

At the Theatre: Nothing changes. Tap your phone at the scanner just like before.

Sharing Tickets with Family and Friends
You can no longer forward “Add to Wallet” emails to share tickets. Do not share your Paciolan My Account login info to share tickets with others, either. Instead, use the official transfer feature in your Paciolan My Account. Everyone needing a ticket on their Apple device must set up a Paciolan My Account to recieve transferred tickets.
