Accessibility

The VETS is dedicated to ensuring the comfort of all our patrons.

Please notify the box office in advance of any physical limitations that restrict seating assignments. Lower lobby and mezzanine lobby restrooms are fully accessible by our main elevator. Entrance to the theater through our new Park Street entrance is fully accessible to all patrons with a ticket via direct elevators to our walkway. The Park Street entrance may not be open for all events. 

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the House Manager’s desk. A driver’s license or credit card will be held as a deposit.

Sign Interpretation

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome inside The VETS and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to an event please notify a Box Office representative at time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

Purchasing Tickets Online

Handicapped accessible seating is available on line and marked with symbols on our “choose your own seat map”. To purchase handicapped accessible seating or to obtain further assistance please call (401).421.ARTS (2787).

Parking

Accessible parking is available in The VETS lot located in front of the building. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. 

Elevators

Elevators are located to the right as you enter the main lobby. Our lobby elevator accesses the Lower Lobby, Orchestra and Mezzanine levels. Balcony 1 and Balcony 2 do not have elevator access. For questions contact the box office at 401.421.2787.

Latecomers

Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager in accordance with the late seating policy for the show.

Everyone Needs a Ticket

To ensure the enjoyment of all patrons, children under the age of six (6) are not permitted unless the event is designated as a family show. Please call the box office to see which shows are appropriate for younger children. All persons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket for entry.  **All children should be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theater without refund.

Snacks & Beverages

Snack and beverage bars have been designed with all guests in mind with countertops at varying heights that are comfortable for everyone.
